MCQ-writing: a bibliography in no particular order (Part 1)

Multiple-choice question writing: cry for help!

Morning all!

I am hoping to put together an annotated bibliography, which I’ll put online here, about multiple choice questions writing in HE. And I need your help. Do you have any suggestions, or thoughts, about useful/helpful/informative/interesting papers I should include? Have you written something you would like me to add..?
